Bee Sim’s top seller, our kong bak pau is individually portioned to ensure right lean-fat ratio. Every piece of pork is slow-cooked in stew made with a secret recipe. Each piece of Kong Bak comes hand-wrapped in a bun for you, so you don’t have to.

Instructions: Steam for 10 minutes or till hot.
