The Japanese call it azuki. The Koreans call it pat. We simply call it red bean. Slow-simmered over eight hours over low heat, our red bean paste is carefully made for the rich, creamy taste.

Instructions: Steam for 6 minutes or till hot.

Sealed for maximum freshness. Keep chilled for up to 2 weeks or frozen for up to 2 months. See packaging for expiration date. Once opened, consume within 2 days.
