Salted Egg Custard Pau


A perfect weekend treat! The runny salted yolk is infused with milk for the most indulgent cosy dessert. Have them fresh out of the steamer!

Key ingredients: Salted egg, wheat flour, milk.

Instructions: Steam for 5 minutes or till hot and flowy. Do not over steam (filling will harden).

Sealed for maximum freshness. Keep chilled for up to 4 weeks or frozen for up to 2 months. See packaging for expiration date. Once opened, consume within 2 days.
